CDC Certified Divorce Coach®
Thank you for being here. I look forward to hearing your story and getting to know you. Here’s a little more about me.

I was born and raised in Spokane, WA, moved to Orlando, FL after college, and lived in Seattle before settling back to Spokane in 2016. Now, I coach women all over the country.

Before coaching, I was a full-time mom for about four years, and prior to that I worked in public affairs and communications for the Peace Corps as well as non-profit development on a local level. I earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's in public administration. I am a creative problem solver at my core, and I find my deepest value and fulfillment in serving others.
My life’s greatest purpose is raising my two daughters in a peaceful home where they always feel safe, accepted, and loved unconditionally. It’s important for me to model kindness, honesty, and integrity to my kids every day, and to show them what it looks like to be in healthy relationships with others. I make a lot of mistakes, and motherhood is challenging. It’s also full of joy beyond explanation and is, without a doubt, the most rewarding, transformative journey of my life.

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help women in a meaningful way. It wasn't until I went through my own divorce that I realized my calling as a coach.
Divorce was without a doubt the most difficult experience of my life. It was incredibly challenging trying to manage my emotions, along with the financial and legal logistics all while raising my children and trying to survive. I am so grateful for my "advisory team," including close friends, family, my therapist and my coach, for supporting me through the transition.
Experiencing divorce also pushed me to grow, to challenge myself, and to move out of my comfort zone like never before. I learned that I am stronger than I though and I am resilient. I can get through anything. I can accomplish my goals even when I'm scared. I learned that confidence and courage are skills we can build. And I finally leaned into my power as a woman.
My children are happy and healthy and have settled into our new normal. I get to coach and support women everyday, and help them rediscover their confidence. My freedom to live authentically and make decisions that align with my values is one of the greatest gifts of my life, and I want you to experience it, too.
